My approach to executive recruiting in the Life Sciences, Biotech, and Clinical Diagnostics space is to act as an extension of my clients and truly understand their business and strategy so that I can share their unique story with the top candidates in the marketplace. My goal as a recruiter is to always treat both clients and candidates the way that they would want to be treated and make sure there is transparency throughout the recruitment process.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

I have been successful in recruiting for positions within sales, marketing, and business development- most often at the Director level and above. My industries of focus over the past couple of years have been Clinical Diagnostics, Life Sciences, and Pharma Contract Manufacturing (CDMO).
