The Senior Manager, Digital Innovation for will be responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, and performance of the product’s direct-to-consumer digital experience. You will build, manage, and optimize an end-to-end e-commerce website, including buy flows and customer journeys, leveraging your expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, user experience strategy, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the product’s direct-to-consumer digital experience.
  • Build, manage, and optimize an end-to-end e-commerce website, including buy flows and customer journeys.
  • Leverage expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, user experience strategy, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.
  • Manage and optimize various CRM and CMS tools and platforms
  • Develop and implement winning digital commerce strategies, customer buy flows, and creative strategies.
  • Analyze and report on e-commerce initiatives and KPIs.
  • Align business requirements with program and project requirements and execution.
  • Modify, pivot, and update strategies and tactics based on business needs.
  • Manage cross-functional campaigns while managing multiple projects concurrently

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing e-commerce websites and working in a performance-driven e-commerce environment while managing the end-to-end customer journey and KPIs required
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing user experiences and effectively managing a variety of CRM and CMS tools and platforms, with Salesforce or similar content management and marketing suite experience preferred.
  • Expertise in digital commerce, customer buy flows, A/B testing, and winning creative strategies required.
  • Ability to understand business needs and align business requirements with program and project requirements and execution required.
  • Flexibility to modify, pivot, and update strategically and tactically based on business needs required. Expertise in cross-functional campaigns and project management required.
  • Experience in the Healthcare space is preferred.
