About the Position
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing key clients. This role requires a consultative sales approach, engaging with hospitals, clinical labs, and healthcare networks to promote products and provide solutions tailored to customer needs. The position involves conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience, and utilizing CRM tools to track sales performance.
About the Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in a hospital setting, laboratory diagnostics is preferred
- Must understand the hospital system, how they operate, and the buying process
- Established relationships and connections with lab directors or hospital leaders within the territory are a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Hunter sales mentality, competitive and driven to take market share from established competitors
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is required
- Up to 50% field travel is required
