About the Position
The Molecular Sales Specialist will call on hospitals throughout Eastern PA and Southern NJ to sell molecular diagnostics capital equipment. The person in this role will be a true hunter- finding new business, closing deals, and then moving on to the next (as there will be peers who will handle the back end of the process and take care of account management). This person will call on the lab, infectious disease, women’s health clinicians, purchasing, and administration. If you are a motivated and courageous sales rep with capital sales experience in the medical space- this is the right role for you!
About the Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong capital sales background in diagnostics, surgical, or imaging
- Ability to be on the road Tuesday through Thursday
- Strong hunting experience- this role is solely going after new business
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
