About the Positions:

They are seeking a dynamic sales individual and creative self-starter for their Northeastern territory to generate revenue by sales forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

  • Initiate sales process by generating sales leads and scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding account requirements.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Ability to manage numerous stakeholders through the sales process.
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
  • Contribute information to market strategy and recommend new products and services to the company by evaluating current sales results, monitoring competitive products, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying needs to be filled.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and sales skills by participating in educational and training opportunities, reading industry journals, etc.
  • Participate in and support the company’s participation in trade shows and local industry meetings.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of field sales experience, or relevant clinical experience
  • Aptitude to learn new technologies and business models.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent sales skills including, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, sales forecasting, lead generation, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  • Capable of selling both products and concepts, detailing the clinical and financial benefits of our products and services.
  • Technically savvy
  • Team player and relationship builder.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
